This is the type of fee that is designed to circumvent public input with regard to taxation. This must be put in front of and approved by the voters in Morro Bay before it is levied.

I feel you have goen a bit to far. Are you going to be charge a fee to other service providers i.e. plumbers, electricains, Landscapers, contractors...etc. Unfortunately this act of the Morro Bay City Council as moved me to not spend any of my income in this community. If I am in the area and want to have lunch I will drive to another local area. In your quest you are being short sighted in your efforts and doing a BIG diservice to your property owners.
