what you are doing is down right rotten. it makes me not want to even do business in Morro Bay of any kind at this point I'm even boycotting your restaurants and your stores you will not see me spending money and morro Bay.

I believe this attempt to collect taxes and fees is due to the city’s financial mismanagement. Someone should take a closer look at why this is happening now. I believe that these fees were previously unnecessary, but now there is a budget shortfall. Many municipalities have gotten into financial trouble because they failed to proactively address needed reform in areas of compensation, pensions and benefits.

Imposing this fee on REALTORS retroactively is absurd and combative. REALTORS work this entire County and this is just opening the door for others to jump on the "free money" bandwagon! The brokerages are the agents of record and they collect the commissions, I don't understand going after each individual agent. The way this was put out was very hostile to REALTORS- you did not make any friends over this to be sure!
