- I am proposing that the city of Albany adopt a county wide mandatory curfew for minors ages 14-19 yrs old. With the exception for working evenings/sports activities. The proposed time will vary with age. With the latest time of 11 pm for ages 18/19 while employed. This curfew is to act as a safety precaution NOT a punishment.
