Thanks for starting this petition. I was hoping for some way to show disapproval of the use of Central Park and demolishion of a good building. Also not supporting Makers Place. Who are these people?

opposed to a dog park period, but if Garland wants one they can put it somewhere else.

I thought I signed this petition several days ago but perhaps it was another petition on this same topic. I definitely am in favor of not demolishing those buildings.

Current plans for a dog park make no sense. It should be located in an area with high density apartments undeveloped land.

This would be devastating for our city. Please stop this!

The dog/skate park should be discussed with the area residents. A proper procedure was not followed. The money should be used to invest in reviving the already existing parks, instead of trying to attract outsiders.

Tearing down the old air national guard building is one thing. But to tear down a baseball field that is fairly new is just plane stupid.

My father retired from ANG Garland. My husband was there 11 yrs. It has a lot of fond memories for my family. The space needs to be repurposed. But this is not the right way. Public input for PROPER use should have been considered.

Please, let’s do not become like Dallas and their city council. Stick to the plan, it was approved. By the people for the people not by a few to profit a few......
