We bought our home due to the quiet street and safe location of our culdesac, now you want to open it up. NO!!

Let's keep Centerton the nice, family friendly small town it is. A good balance of single family homes, duplexes and apartments are good for this area. We do not need Centerton to be known for apartment buildings only. We have enough apartment complexes for this area.

Keep Centerton classy. Build houses. Youre getting greedy and will over time lower home value and people will move to a better kept area. 3 houses on my street are already for sale because low income items and food trucks are being brought in. Keep Centerton classy.

NO MORE APARTMENTS!! Traffic is bad enough as it is and not enough roads to handle it, much less hundreds of more people. Plus, the homeowners next to this site don't want the apartments.

I am very concerned about the potential traffic problems we will have because of this potential rezoning.

We need affordable HOUSES, not apartments that families cannot comfortable live in

Please no more apartments in Centerton. We will need to build so many more schools to accommodate the concentration that comes with apartment communities. We do not have the facilities to school all the additional households. The kids currently living in Centerton would appreciate not getting removed all the time. Along with several other reasons, our road already cannot accommodate all the traffic. Is anyone seriously thinking this all the way through?

We don’t want or need this in our backyards. There’s to many apt. complexes close to my house now.
