I am AGAINST this rezoning - this area is important to the fish hatchery and will directly impact my street.

We don’t have the infusture to support this and destroys neighborhoods of current voting citenzens. We need to vote mayor Bill out and replace city Council

Hwy 102 is already crowded and the new apartments under construction haven't even opened yet. Values in Centerton have been going up due to construction of larger, higher value homes. Adding more and more apartments will only devalue our existing homes.

I add my voice to the many to vote down this high-density housing. Population and infrastructure concern me but more so the fact homeowners foot the bill for schools. Renters do not yet their vote could negatively affect my taxes. No thanks.

I think we have been overwhelmed with the growth. There has been way more new places built in town so quickly that it is getting to be a bit much

I do not want Monroe Street or Bradley Street turned into a thoroughfare. I like my family oriented neighborhood as it is! I do not want to devalue my home.

I live at 219 Monroe and DO NOT want this to happen as we live right next to the proposed lot. We bought the corner lot / end property for the privacy & quiet!

When I bought my property it was because it was quiet and safe. Now they've built a big duplex area right across the way.
We have several apartment complexes already and there's always something going on at the one off Main and Bliss.
No thanks!
