No more multi family units!!!! It brings down the value of our homes with nothing but renters who don’t take care of their properties! Not to mention apartments bring more people when we don’t have the infrastructure to support it.

I, as a homeowner in Centerton do not want to see anymore apartments or townhomes built in the city. We need more single family homes of good value to help keep the appeal of a great city to live and raise a family in & help increase the property values of our homes. I am against this proposed apartment complex being built.

There are too many apartments already being built in this area, and a new school going in soon. Traffic and property values will both suffer if this is approved.

There are plenty of apartments are ready going up and already up. We don't need to clutter up our housing neighbor hood with more

Please reconsider leaving the rezoning as it is because apartments will increase traffic which at times is already hectic. Our streets as they currently are cannot take more traffic. Keep the small town feel in Centerton. It’s why most of us settled here and we dont want apartments to change that. It will overcrowd our schools and we dont need to pay more taxes to add on to them. Thanks for listening.

I live on Bradley and we paid the builders a higher price per square foot than the streets around us. We do not want our neighborhood opened up to apartments. It was zoned residential when homes were purchased and the neighborhood is almost complete. This is not at all fair to those of us who bought to be in a residential area. Please do not allow a throughway through this neighborhood. We are 100% against it and this nit what we pad for.

We do not support the rezoning of this property for many reasons, consistent with points made here by others. Please listen to the voices of the residents of Centerton. Let's make sure we also voice our concerns at the meetings on August 28th (6 pm) & September 11th at City Hall!

Do not open Bradley or Monroe street to an apartment complex. We have nice neighborhood. I do not want speeding traffic or an influx of traffic down my street. My kids play here. Make a different entrance or do not build at all. Making two entrances in a residential neighborhood is assigned. Mayor Bill I have always appreciated you, I hope you see my point of view and can make a difference. This is ridiculous, I am quite certain no one wants a 1200 unit apartment complex with golf course having a main entrance through a residential street..... I mean come on.

I don’t live in Centerton but own a significant amount of investment property including one on Dogwood. The close proximity to the complex being built is too much. Will create horrendous traffic and noise problems.

No way! Not what this small quiet neighborhood needs at all! Just baught 9 months ago and I picked Centerton for its small hometown feel. Let it stay that way!

We have plenty of apartment complexes. Let’s put some other businesses in.
