Why not go in cahoots with the county and share ONE facility ? I like the current peace and quiet.

This is absolutely ridiculous to even think of building this so close to a residential subdivision !!!!! Would you people want it next to your property !!!

I will do anything to support this.

While I fully support our law enforcement agencies and appreciate the need for a modern training facility, I STRONGLY OPPOSE this plan to construct this complex in such close proximity to our neighborhood which would impact the property values of those residents in Liberty Station and Liberty Valley. Again, I support our law enforcement, but want peaceful surroundings for our growing neighborhood.

Shouldn't something like this be built away from neighborhoods?

I say NO to this , it's crazy I have kids outside all the time. I can't watch who will come and start shooting , there is idiots now days everywhere !!! So no to this facility , build a gym or pool or tennis court.

This facility belongs in an industrial or rural area, NOT immediately adjacent to a residential area. I do NOT support the building of this facility at this location.

I strongly oppose the construction of this facility next to a residential zoned area. I question the cities ethics in trying to quietly rezone the land to place this facility here. Who's pockets are getting lined???? Lawsuit on the horizon.

This will drastically affect the value of my home as well as the quality of life. We would never have purchased property here if we had known this was the plan. (I assure you any potentially new residents will feel the same way.)

There is no justification for placing a military training facility next to a neighborhood containing several hundred homes.

I reside at the side entrance of the peaceful Liberty Valley subdivision off Leanna Swamp Road. I highly oppose the construction of this facility at this location, and believe there are many more options in the rural areas of the county where no one will be disturbed. I respectfully request the City Manager review areas towards the race track and Highway 96. I am also confused that the panel at the August City Council meeting displayed extreme disgust at the idea of this location, but now it is being pushed through?

How long did you have to look to find a place this close to homes? I assume no city offical lives near by.

Please don't put this training facility here!

I do not support the building location of the proposed facility. I live in Liberty Valley Subdivision. Please do not build it near our homes. We live within city limits as well.

The appeal of Liberty Station/Valley lies in its quiet, rural location, and in this case, the government should do its job and serve the interest of its people and not of itself

We absolutely do not support this plan! There are many places much more appropriate for this type of facility. Near a growing neighborhood full of children is not the place!

This would be terrible for our community and would ruin an area that is growing with residential and then it into a graveyard.
