Lots are too lovely for apartments. Potential is there for lovely single family homes.

This is not a good area for Apartments! We already have enough crime (shootings and theft) from the apartment complexes and rental properties around us, we do not need more!

This would destroy the property values and create way too much traffic!!!

I am against apartments in this neighborhood.

We are strongly opposed to any multi-family housing development of any kind. The traffic has already increased exponentially with the opening of Maple Lane to Cumberland Road. This area should be restricted to single-family residential development. Mark and Carolyn Bronston

Please re-evaluate this proposal. I would like an initial negative vote for this apartment complex being placed close to Holytree, possibly causing high-end property values to depreciate and disincentive future residents from moving or building our community.
