I do not want this apartment complex or other multi-family units in our neighborhood.

This would be horrible for our community. I wish Tyler had stricter zoning laws

We need more garden homes and over 55 communities not more apartments. The Hollytree area cannot handle the traffic with apartment construction. Developsers need to think more about keeping our environment beautiful instead of just mowing down trees to build another convenience store. !!!!

I concur, and it is imperative that residents’ concerns are respected and any development is prudent and preserves the beauty of the area and protects established neighborhoods and property values.

Please reconsider this request. This area is full of wildlife which would be forced to move. One of the main reasons I moved out to this part of town was the quiet and beauty of the area. Not to mention the low crime rate. Apartments and renters bring in all kinds that don't care about the area. This is not what most of us want in the area.

Issues of traffic, crime, and safety should be addressed before adding another 2100 residents to the area.

South Tyler has always been a place to live that is low crime. I do not approve of PD18-0033 as written, pleas reconsider. This is not good for Tyler

South Tyler is known for it's beauty and low crime. With the addition of apartments, crime will go up and home value will go down. Please do not devalue south Tyler and it's beauty.

These issues must be resolved (traffic, school overcrowding, etc.) before adding more people & congestion to the area. If there is passage, then these Apartments need to be of a higher construction quality than so many recently built, as they deteriorate considerably within 5 years! Rediculous!

As a resident of Hollytree, I am strongly opposed to this development and demand that our voices are heard and the city council listen to the people (who elected them).

I oppose ANYTHING other than single family residences on the proposed site.
