Apartment complex residents in no way share in the tax burden already soaring in Smith County and Tyler. I truly appreciate the effort that has been expended in making this Petition available to the citizens, and I urge our Elected Officials to remember for whom they have been elected....to serve and not for self-serving interests. We live in Knollwood Subdivision and driving into and leaving the only two exits to our neighborhood is very difficult as it is now!!! But with all the apartments they are wanting to build on Cumberland Road will cause more traffic on Old Jacksonville!!!! Totally against this!!!!

Multifamily, in this location case, seems inconsistent with the adjacent land use and could reduce the long term R O I for Sponsor and adjacent property owners.
