Citizens of Tyler Request PD18-0033 (GENECOV) to be DENIED

We moved to this neighborhood for a reason. We pay a huge premium to live here, and now we want out. I don’t want to be surrounded by apartments for several reasons: home values, traffic and the seclusion we will no longer have. There will be no more appeal to live here.

Will lower neighborhood standards, cause to much congestion and increase crime rates and eventually cause property devaluation.

That’s way too many people in that area traffic is already a mess! Up by Cumberland shopping center would be more appropriate.

Dont build apartments, it’s that simple. If Genecov kept to the standard of our neighborhood, this wouldn’t be an issue. It’s the apartments that effect property value, traffic flow, and infrastructure limits.

Opposed to any multi family rezoning.

I am not in favor of the building of the proposed new apartment additions.

This is a long-standing neighborhood of single family homes--- please do not damage and degrade our beautiful and tranquil community!
