The developer is trying to propose more homes then was originally planned to make a quick cash grab. They do not care about our community when asked about traffic problems that will occur on Battery Park road basically they stated we will worry about that after the fact not to mention the impact 800 plus new residents with children will have on our school system.

Please NO more residential developments in Carrollton & IOW County. Save the trees, wildlife & marshes! Traffic is terrible now & getting worse as we get squeezed in.
