We love this small town. Schools are already over populated.

We will move out of IOW if you continue with the excessive building.

This will create a traffic nightmare on Battery Park Rd. and a traffic circle won’t help at all.

Do NOT make Smithfield a “boom town”. Keep Smithfield a charming town not a city like Suffolk or Virginia Beach.

23314 - I moved to Carrollton/Smithfield 20 years ago just for that small town feel and country living. This town/county does not have the Infrastructure in place nor does the majority of the individuals that live here want it! Battery Park Road will be a nightmare with traffic.

This dramatic increase in the approved development will put additional strain on existing roads, requiring their expansion, and will significantly alter the ecological habitat for the Pagan River wildlife and plant life. I do not believe enough study has been conducted into the impact of this development on traffic patterns, school strain, and environmental impact, among other concerns.

I am very much against the addition of so many “units” proposed for this development and the development itself.

This community was approved as a subdivision of less than 300 houses. Now when every other development that has been approved in the last 20 years has moved to begin construction Mallory Farms has requested a 400% increase in size. Now is not the time for our small town lifestyle to be uprooted by constant construction and growth that our infrastructure cant support. I am wholehearted against the amended plans to this subdivision.
