I think this housing development is absolutely ridiculous and the town can’t handle that many more homes. Every one wants to brag about the small town charm and you all are quickly taking that charm away one housing development at a time. Enough is enough

the traffic is already REDICULOUS through Smithfield. Get more traffic approvals going before allowing more housing!

Please do not add additional development on Battery Park Road or Nike Park Road.

There is too much traffic on that road already. Not to mention the schools are already crowded enough and the police, fire and rescue are stretched beyond their limits with residents! How about focusing on bringing in more business like Walmart, Target or Chic fil a . We already have enough PEOPLE. We need big tax revenue earning business!
