1000 units is ridiculous please please don’t allow this to happen . Hold them to 250 if you must allow this to go forward. Traffic will be a nightmare even with a roundabout. Here comes the roundabout fender benders.

23314 is my zip code. I own a home in Carrollton Virginia and think the idea of adding more homes is ridiculous. The local roads cannot support an increase in population. They are in poor condition and traffic is already ridiculous without adding hundreds of more homes. Look at how many accidents happen in front of our neighborhood (Eagle Harbor) or the James River Bridge every single month!

They are in poor condition and traffic is already ridiculous without adding hundreds of more homes.
