Our infrastructure does not support 1100 units. The agreement was for less than 300. Such a massive change would hurt our area.

We own a house in Carrollton and work in Smithfield, I oppose this plan. Our roads can barely handle the people that live here now! Not to mention millions spent on a freaking bike path, just another ridiculous idea.

We do not need or want this new development. It will turn us from a small town status into who knows what. I did not move here 20 years ago to only be in a a over developed area. I moved to get away from that.

Maybe perhaps instead if building more houses maybe you could build another school instead of putting more strain on the one you already have or if you're gonna insist on being negligent and building houses houses anyways maybe you coule build some low income housing so that poorer families can have a place to live.

Keep these huge develoents out of Isle of Wight. The Napolitono family doesn't care about our community and there recent projects in Suffolk are a disaster. Sub par construction, threatening lawsuits against clients and cutting corners at every turn.
