The ability to support a 265 single family development pushes the limits on the county's ability to handle the additional needs for safety, educational needs and road maintenance. Adding over 800 more homes of mixed style is not a feasible endeavor. The massive amount of growth currently occurring in and around the county needs to play a factor in approving this zoning change. I cannot support this change and the county needs to listen to the concerns of the people who live here.... 23430

That is a huge development that does not belong in this part of the county. 23430

We don’t have the infrastructure for 265, how in the hell is 1106 going to work! Not to mention people live here for the country and how small we are! What is going to happen to our quaint town!

The impact on roads, safety, fire, police and schools. We need more business in the county not additional developments putting a strain on the county facilities.

I am opposed to increasing from 250 to 1100 homes because of the traffic we already have.

We do not need any more houses, townhouses or apartments built in this county. When will people wake up and realize enough is enough. 23430

The county does not have the infrastructure to support all the high density development proposed. Do not rezone this to a high density housing complex.
