The schools already overcrowded, first responders understaffed. No major retailers i.e. Target, Wal-Mart, etc. So no revenue coming in. Yeah let's add more homes. This idea to add more homes was not thought through. Well maybe it was by somebody who is going to be profiting. 23314

I just moved into Gatling Pointe last year in order to get away from the traffic and crowding issues of Newport News. If this area is developed then where will the money come from to improve all the necessary infrastructure to support such a large increase in population? By the way, my zip code is 23430
