This would have adverse affect my two grandsons. This would lead to over crowded schools. Learn from other area cities. Keep Smithfield at a slow growth. Keep taxes low!!!

Fix the schools and infrastructure before approving anymore home. Commercial tax pays much better then home tax and less strain on our system.

Battery Park is already overrun with heavy traffic. There's no way it can handle that much more new vehicles. Schools, EMS and other services are strained. Quit placing the tax burden on homeowners. Start looking at attracting BUSINESSES to offset the taxes and add jobs for the people here!

No more housing now in I O W. No room in schools. No fire protection. No police. Think about it. No more houses right now. Enough is enough.

People are just money hungry. Smithfield is growing SO FAST ALREADY with "new money ". The people who have spent their lives here ("old money") miss the quaint little town this used to be. This will ABSOLUTELY put a strain on traffic, schools, roads, etc.
