Over development is running rampant in the county. The proposed changes to the original development plan would add 2,968 housing units, 9,587 people, 5,580 autos and 5,728 school age kids to an area where the infrastructure is already stressed with the population we have. This in addition to the other 17 approved or pending developments in the county is just too much. While development can't be stopped Mallory Scott Farm should be held in check and limited to the original 265 single family homes that were originally approved. It seems all too often that the Planning Commission doesn't represent the interests of current residents and is very short sighted while the beneficiary of their decisions are developers with the current residents footing the bill to expand roads, healthcare, civil services and schools all for the lessor quality of life over development causes. Enough is enough.

23314 resident. We’re tired of all the overdevelopment in IOW County. Too many trees chopped down, too much traffic. Please stop so many homes, condos, TH & Apts! This is a County, not a city!

We were hoping to live the rest of our time here. If this is approved we will look elsewhere, this development would cause too much congestion and change the atmosphere of the area .

Zip 23430 getting tired of the astronomical growth. Moved here to get away from this. Traffic has gotten ridiculous and schools are not equipped for the huge number of students that will be coming here.
