I reside in the Isle of Wight and feel we have over built the area. No more mass produced homes. We need infrastructure improvements to be a priority and also larger businesses to help provide employment.

Definitely not in the best interest of Smithfield. We can't handle that much more traffic, students (we can barely get teachers out here now) and it would be a detriment to our "small country town" 23430

As a civil engineer with over 40 years of construction and public service experience I have an extreme well understanding of hidden public cost that the county citizens will pay for this development. Among them will be utility improvements and roadway infrastructure improvements.

Smithfield and its' old world charm cannot support such a large influx of families. Traffic, shopping, services are not able to support so many more citizens. This is NOT for the good of the town of current citizens.
