Smithfield needs to focus on having updated infrastructure in place BEFORE considering any additional residential construction. Roads, utilities, internet speed/reliability/access, schools & medical care need to be top priorities. There’s a lot of cart before the horse around here & everyone suffers as a result.

The last thing we need is any more rezoning! Schools are overflowing and town keeps raising property taxes on home owners because of lack of foresight in actions like this one
