Alton needs home buyers/owners. Not more low income housing. Take it to Edwardsville they have none.

This cannot be touted as a job creating project , 70 temporary construction jobs are not worth it . Why was joesting terrace torn down to begin with ? How will this housing project be any different ? The tax paying citizens of Alton do not need any more burden than we already carry
