There are better alternatives to this issue. If Hightower wants this project so bad he can build it in Edwardsville. The area is saturated with low-income housing

An Edwardsville Tyrant, in tandem with a Godfrey Construction Firm, both profiting off the State Government on the backs of Alton residents. Much like Ed called on the Fighting Illini too often: *blows whistle* "Foul on the play!"

I can think of way better uses for this money for Alton LIKE A MOSQUITO SPRAYER....... fix the streets..... put more lighting on the streets and the list goes on and on
