XRays are part of the Dr decisions. I have ordered xrays on patients a number of time to find out based on red flags that they are not able to tolerate HVLA. Is the BC College of Chiropractors going to be named in a malpractice lawsuit since they are tying the hands of the Chiropractors in British Columbia and will be culpable in the care of a patient

This is an atrocious action for a Chiropractic affiliate to condemn use of X-rays to validate subluxation!
Misalignment is often visible even when medical pathology is not which is essential to the practitioners evaluation of proper care for the patient

Obviously the people who passed this nonsense restriction don't understand the importance of and relationship between structure and function and should step down from their positions.

It is in the best interest of the patients that we have full access to x-rating our patients in order to render a comprehensive diagnosis!!

This is so valuable. The thought of anyone suggesting otherwise is absurd!

It is not practical to have to go to hospital to have xrays done through MSP then wait before chiropractor gets the results. That also means they will have to go into the data bank. Because you don’t expect them to work on necks. Backs. Etc. Without first knowing what they are facing.

I believe the x-rays are a very important part of a diagnosis in which for safe treatments with no under lining issues that would not been seen with no x-rays.i only went to my Chiropractor knowing that he would xray my neck to see what was going on with my neck before any treatment.it also gave me comfort in seeing my xrays & being explained the treatment that would benefit me.I am so thankful for the treatments i received from Dr Kilian after seeing my xray & today live a better life with no pain.

The use of X-rays is far more beneficial than the risks. Based on the literature I've reviewed I'd ask you to allow continued use of X-rays to provide better clinical chiropractic care for patients.

Ridiculous restriction on a raw material diagnostic, therapeutic tool that is essential to many chiropractic techniques, protocols and prognosis let alone history acquisition from patients.
