Citizens for Chiropractic and the Continued Use of X-rays

I am A medical professional and oppose the removal of x-rays because without them accurate and efficient treatment is not possible

Xrays are vitally important in the diagnostic and treatment aspect of chiropractic care. This can be used to provide higher quality care and understanding of ones body which can also lead to referrals elsewhere if need be. Taking away xrays from a chiropractor will only result with negatives affects throughout the entire healthcare field.

X-rays are a tool. Why restrict chiropractors with this tool that can be used as an assessment whether or not treatment is effective or not?

I trust my DOCTOR and he should be allowed to use ALL testing to treat me correctly.

X-ray is necessary for patients under Chiropractic care.

Under the new rules I would not have received an xray. I would have doubted the need for ongoing chiropractic care. The xray allowed me to see and understand the care required to correct issues that had developed over years.

I have been taking Xray imaging of my patients for the past 14 yrs. As a Gonstead Dr. it is vital to the success of my patients out come. Do not take away a chiropractors greatest tool in determining how to see and correct a subluxation.

This makes no sense - all chiropractors should be allowed to use x-rays when they deem it clinically necessary. Having in depth knowledge of my conditions from x-rays has been essential to receiving the right care and support

Because we are working with the Spine, it is imperative that we have access to diagnostic tools , especially xray. Would these people want a manual adjustment without having a proper evaluation? Huge step backwards.

X-rays at the chiropractor have been critical in understanding my pain and helping manage. Any X-ray an MD has done has bee incorrectly read

Chiropractors should be able to treat their patients the way they were trained. It is important they continue using the X-ray to diagnose their patients and give them the proper treatment.

I support the use of x-rays in chiropractic treatment

I could not get through everyday life without the help of my chiropractic Dr Tim Woods . My adjustments mean that I have a better quality of life with a lot less pain !!
