Stop it before there's no turning back. This is not good for the community. We too should be allowed to live in safe, less congested area.

Removing the existing red lights will put children and adults at risk of grave injury or worse. This is a really bad idea. Stop it please!

Please consider the traffic/road implications of this new area WELL in advance of implementation. Safety and common sense must be planned out very early. Consider what is being changed in the present community, please!

I would also ask for speed bumps in the neighborhoods to slow down traffic

Do not ruin the authenticity and it's conditions on our roads through Cathcart, leave it as is!

We are very concerned grandparents we have witnessed close calls pedestrian getting run over we can see it from our window. It will get worse and will create neighbors fighting against neighbors. We deserve to live in a safe neighborhood.

This plan is a blatant giveaway to developers at the expense of our children's safety. It’s time for Snohomish County PDS to stop acting as a rubber stamp for corporate interests and prove that their decisions aren't being bought with developer gifts and payoffs. The wildlife that once defined our greenbelt—the bears, bobcats, deer, and coyotes—are gone, replaced by reckless development and a 'rape of the land' that serves only the highest bidder. Selling out our neighborhoods is a dereliction of duty; we demand a total overhaul of this hazardous plan and a return to prioritizing people and the environment over special interests. Our community is not for sale.

SnoCo PDS needs to stop cramming housing into every nook and cranny. It's ruining the county. Traffic volumes and delays make it extremely difficult to even get around . The changes proposed by this petition should obviously be enacted. It's really disheartening to see developers lead SnoCo leadership around by the nose.
