Please consider the revisions to this new development. Traffic is terrible because the school entrances were already planned poorly. This current plan makes it worse. Please consider changing the school access entrances and use traffic lights instead of roundabouts.

Safety and infrastructure is not being considered at all in the recent development of housing throughout the Snohomish County. Especially the HWY 9 corridor.

Roundabout will be pedestrian hazard for several kids walking to school. Traffic routes disrupt neighborhoods. County needs to look at alternatives

This project is going to negatively impact traffic congestion and add more potential for accidents with the shear volume of cars not to mention risk of pedestrian accidents for all the children trying to get to school. Thia project should have been voted down in Snohomish county court. There is no real good solution. It will impact the community regardless, however round abouts in Lake Stevens and South Snohomish prove to be a huge challange for washington drivers. NO to the round about, YES to alternative enterances to the complexes directly off onf HWY9 and the utility service road enterance.

Please do not use Greenleaf’s narrow neighborhood street as a high-use thoroughfare! Don’t wait until someone runs over a child on our currently dead end, quiet street to do the right thing!

Our main concern is the through traffic by the schools. Thoughtless and ridiculous.

There was very little impact consideration by Snohomish County when approving the new Cathcart community. As is, the impact would be dramatic and devastating in some areas. Please reconsider and look deeply into making changes to reduce the affect on our wonderful, peaceful community.

Greenleaf cannot handle hundreds if not housands of additional cars driving through on a daily basis. Lowell Larimer is a poorly maintained country road that is grossly overused due to growth in the area. The corner of Marsh/Seattle Hill Road/Lowell Larimer should have a roandabout or lights; it can take 10+ minutes waiting in traffic there.

Some roundabouts are a good idea, but not this one. It’s absolutely inane that the county allows for developments this huge when we have such an issue with overcrowding of schools and traffic. Our roads are a mess. Don’t allow cutting through GreenLeaf. Lowell Larimer is not safe for more traffic. Also address the need for bike lanes and public transportation.
We desperately need a roundabout at the intersection of Marsh Road and Lowell Larimer. I can’t even leave my streets during the afternoon rush.
