Citizens for a Responsible Town Hall in Zionsville

I live in Zionsville not Indy.

The subjects of road safety and a new town hall are significant changes and will impact everyone in our town. We need concerns and observations addressed.

Yes a new town hall is likely needed to to the age of the current building, but that does not mean we should put it before the safety of all residents

Please hold off on making any decision on building a new town hall until the people of Zionsvlle voice their concerns.

Let's put citizen safety first!

There are many issues before our city government and the order of importance may be a bit skewed. Please make sure to allocate the funds for our roads to be safer and not freeze road funds through the new town hall budget.

The whole town hall seems like a big waste of energy as well as the huge legal fees racked up in annexing extra land. The safety of our citizens should come first

We have lived with in a quarter-mile of this intersection for almost 30 years and it is a travesty that safety concerns have not been met. Accidents are all too frequent and we should not allow another death to happen before this is fixed.

Fix our roads!

People of Zionsville want to be able to trust our elected officials and to feel that our voices are heard. We feel that there are hidden agendas. Word of advice... Listen to the people that voted for you!

We need to fix 334! The entrance to Thornhill subdivision is very dangerous! Please help keep our Zville families safe!

TIF funds can be used, they have to be transparent about the use of the funds. And TIF funds are better used for road maintenance.

Everyone, please email the Mayor and council members. Ask them about the executive meeting that was held and no information was given out. Ask them if TIF funds are being used to build the new Town Hall...which is not allowed. Oh and also ask them why if they love Zionsville so much and love the small town charm of Zionsville, they are trying to turn us into Carmel.

Totally not needed. Why do we need a big facility at this point and time? This property tax situation has gotten totally out of planet earth and please don't even say this isn't going to raise taxes. I'm saddened how the Zionsville I knew is now becoming a Carmel.

There are a lot of roads in Zionsville in dire need of evaluation due to growth. I think the safety of Zionsville is more important then a new Town Hall at this time.

We are continuing to keep our heads in the sand regarding 'small town' zionsville. The continued growth mandates that infrastructure keeps pace. This certainly hasn't been the case for our roadways. Please dedicate the resources toward overall community safety/ quality of life, prior to spending on the town hall.

I do not feel that a 10.2 million dollar building is a wise expenditure at this time given the other areas that need improvements. The safety of 334 should be moved to the front of the list. While a building is needed, I feel like the size and cost should be scaled way down.
