Citizens for a Responsible Town Hall in Zionsville

The current Town Hall is very nice.

I am 100% opposed to a new town hall. Why is Zionsville trying so hard to be like Carmel? Rapid growth is not always a good thing

We live in a neighborhood close to this intersection, and we battle this multiple times a day. Please review any options to make this safer

When the State of Indiana abandoned Ind. 334 to Zionsville, the state allocated funds to the town for future maintenance of the former 33, now Sycamore/Oak streets. What was done with those funds?

334 traffic needs attention! We keep expanding neighborhoods but not looking at all the headaches of the congestion road. People are pulling out in front of you( Kissel rd). Please put money into this road instead of a new town hall.. Lives Matter!

There needs to be more transparency with the town council. This is the 2nd time, that I know of, they've voted on something w/o the public input.

If you are trying to please the structural engineers, the architects, the contractors, and their lawyers, namely the people who stand to make a lot of money off the deal, then go right ahead with the new town hall. But if you care about the people who live here, and have lived here for a long time, and what we care about -- especially something as crucial as our safety -- then you should not build a new town hall. (It's not as if we need a place for the police - they already have their own nice new building.) (We have lived here since 1993.)

We have lived on 334 for 12 years; and have been concerned about the safety at this intersection as well as pulling into and our of our drive way due to high traffic and high speeds.

More discussion and public debate on the scope of this town hall is in order. Seems to be much more consensus on the need to address the situation at 334/Kissel. Let's be efficient and put first things first and move traffic issue into priority position on agenda and allow more time to debate/justify new town hall.

334 must be made safer - it haunts me that people have already forgotten about the tragedy from a few weeks ago - it is a matter of time before the next one.

Plz hold off approving spending $10M on town hall until after traffic study is completed and a full review of the intended spend on town hall.

We lived on Maple Streer for 2 years and were so impressed by the Police and how they expedited our request for a lower speed limit on those back roads and that they improved signage. Hoping that this is treated with the same care. We truly loved Zionsville! My sister and her family currently live there on Hunt Club Rd.

We are all looking to see what it is that they truly value-the residents lives they represent or the building they themselves will be working in (which I will remind you they have one already, sure it could use some updates but a new $10.2 million building at possibly the cost of lives.....Monday is the day, Please come to the town hall at 7:00 PM and show your support to kindly encourage them that lives should be first. Why we have to even have this dialogue is beyond me!!

Lives come first!. Protect those who travel this road on a daily basis.

Please push the Kissel /Oak St safety issue to the beginning of the town agenda. Please, let us not have another fatality on this road. Thank you

This intersection has documented issues and lives are at stake. My children and I travel this road daily and I am very concerned for our safety. Let's not lose more lives before something is done about it.

This seems excessive in the size and spending for what is needed.

Spending millions to build an unnecessary town hall while neglecting to correct a known safety concern in town (for considerably less) would be a very poor choice and not reflective of leadership that is truly interested in serving its constituents. Please reconsider.
