This is the perfect example of NO PLANNING. Unity Church Road is dangerous and adding the ridiculous beach and townhomes or condos will negatively impact our community.

Unity Church Road can’t handle the traffic from the existing vehicles. Now the Commissioners have already approved a beach at the end of Unity. That traffic alone will overwhelm the flow and forget about emergency vehicles.

Single family homes are more in line with the lakefront community.

STOP the rezoning on Ranger Island permitting multifamily dwellings.

This is my home neighborhood. The safe, quiet life we enjoy will cease to exist. The area is too small for so many units!

Traffic is UNSAFE already on Unity, especially in the summer. We cannot handle anymore developments.

I am totally against the beach and anymore development on or off Unity Church Road! I live on Pine Lake Road. When I turn onto Pine Lake I am turning in a BLIND curve. I take my life in my hands every time enter my road. We do NOT need anymore traffic.

I am very again this type of over crowded multi family rezoning in this area of Denver. Including additional traffic issues, no Transportation study done in 2020-2021 for Unity Church Rd. Backup of traffic at Unity Church and Rt 16 to name just a few.

Unity Church road cannot handle the traffic with a new beach area coming to Beatties Ford park and more housing development. 3 Cherry Way is a 55+ community and the increase of traffic could be very dangerous to those living in that community.

Lincoln county is approving too many developments without putting in the infrastructure to support this increase in population. Denver taxes support the majority of the county, and the planning commission and county Commissioners should be developing with the well fare of Denver residents and not at our cost.

R-SF should be the only option

Unity Church is a disaster, the Lincoln County Commissioners need to have a clear long range plan and stop this lack of vision and uncontrolled growth that is negatively impacting all of East Lincoln.

Do not allow them to build, The traffic is already horrible on unity Church Road and after the beach it’s gonna be almost unusable this will make it way worse
