I have concerns about the 48' maximum height and the traffic. A traffic impact study should be done.

Development has to slow. The roads just weren't built for additional traffic.

I haven't seen any government officials that are truly concerned about the massive amounts of building in East Lincoln or the effects on the environment. Its time for change.

My parents live directly across from the entrance of Ranger Island in a house that's been in our family almost 100 years. That area is where I grew up and where we are from! This makes me sick :(

The traffic this would create would be detrimental to people that already live in the area.

Enough unchecked growth without infrastructure in place

No No No, Unity Church is already too busy. It needs to be 35 mph with speed humps as it is. Don't want the beach or the condos.

One entrance off RIM road would be detrimental to homeowners. Traffic is heavy and speeding now a problem. Dead end development dangerous for residents and public service vehicles. Fire and rescue can be affected for all.
