I don't agree with the rezoning. The area cannot handle anymore traffic.

We need affordable housing, I understand that, and support it. This area is already overcrowded, and resources are stretched thin. It also devalues a neighborhood to add these multi unit housing developments, and I think the neighborhood should have a say to maintain the integrity of one their single highest investments.

Not good for the area. Simply a way to make more money for those owning the land and those building on it.

I live on Normandy Rd which is directly adjacent to Ranger Island Rd and am opposed to this project. Combine the new beach at Beatties Ford with 30 multi family units up to 48’ high which could mean up to 120 living units. Multiple cars per unit could add 240 cars to the traffic on two narrow roads. Add to that the septic load and non guaranteed perk, lawn water drainage into the lake. The MOST DANGEROUS aspect is the traffic load if there’s an emergency situation- fire, ambulance, or McGuire evacuation. JUST SAY NO and build single family homes - the county would reap much higher property taxes than from multi- family units

Unity Church road can not handle anymore people-

Unity Church is already overwhelmed with traffic and parking issues with just Beattys Ford park and boat launch. That traffic light at business 16 and unity is easily the worse intersection, traffic jam in Denver. And it will be getting worse will all the new communities already being built. This is not in the best interest of the residents of Denver.
