Too many peoples have been here for too long and they consider this place home. Everybody just don't have the funds to up and move or move their home. Ranger Island Marina Road has become a family and its a lovely place. But please dont take these peoples home. I say just continue lot rent and leave it be because this place is considered a flood zone and building more on it will only make it worse. Yea more and more dirt may be considered but with a good heavy rain dirt washes away and then theres more repairs to be made spending more money on something you already know about. This place is quiet and Everybody keeps to themselves no issues or anything. Do something constructive with your funds that will stop you from spending more. "EVERYBODY WAS NOT BORN WITH A SILVER SPOON OR MONEY". We all works hard to make a living so please will you all work harder to help us keep life going. "THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL". So I ask please consider the families feelings out here because they are somebody.

Agree with all the stated reasons for why this should NOT be approved

Existing infrastructure ( sewer, roads) already at maximum capacity. When developers pay for infrastructure and clean up post construction garbage then maybe we should consider additional developments.

Unity Church Road is not a safe road as it is. Adding any additional traffic could cause more accidents, not to mention the horrific traffic back-ups.

Primary objections are all valid. I believe the request to build 30 multi-family housing units would negatively affect residents of the area.

Please stop this being done... the roads and area cannot handle more traffic.

Unity Road can not support the sewer and water issues already a problem. The smell let’s you know of the issues as you sit for 30mins at the light due to the other traffic issue.

Traffic already makes it difficult to enter Unity Church Road from side roads. The additional homes will add significantly to the number of cars on the road. In times of an emergency the extra vehicles would endanger the ability to evacuate an area where there is no other exit but Unity Church Road.

In 4 years I’ve lived here the housing had doubled, roads and schools have not improved, tax base has not gone down

Single Family homes are on the deeds of the property involved. I vote to not change the zoning!

This development is poorly planned, irresponsible, and misrepresented. Most importantly it poses a risk to our health and safety. We are counting on you to vote no commissioners.

The increased traffic presents a dangerous situation for those already living off of Unity Road. There is only one road in and out. Also, the intersection at 16 and Unity is inadequate.
