Name it after a local hero, I vote for Johnny Gonzales who tirelessly feeds, clothes and encourages the young and elderly residents of Roswell. He has done this work for probably 30 yrs or more.

This should remain the YUCCA Center. The city has voted this renaming down several times. I would like to think the point should be gotten by now.

There are many heroes related specifically to Roswell that should be considered. Totally against Ceasar Chavez, he did not represent Roswell NM.

Seems to me the people wanting to change the name need a reality check .. We would be losing out on 250,000 to change a name on a building that is fine with the name it has. If you are for changing the name you are not for Roswell... Shame on you !!!

You should name something after a person who donated money towards it. If he hasn't donated money or supported the Yucca center why dedicate it in his name, or any street for that matter.
