Then present noise level is aready disruptive in our neighborhood north of the airport. Further increase would negatively impact quality of life in the area.
I live in Bressi Ranch next to the Airport. The flights begin at 6 AM, we do not need anymore traffic going out of Palomar.

We moved here for the peaceful, oceanside community. Expansion will turn this beautiful area into a congested, noise filled, polluted area. Keep Carlsbad clean and a desirable place to live. I am totally against expsnsion. There are already many airport options.

We purchased an expensive home in the area two years ago, and did not anticipate an airport expansion. We are opposed to the expansion due to the noise and pollution it would create.

I oppose the expansion of the Palomar airport, as it would diminish the quality of life in my 92011 neighborhood.

No! No! No! Keep the main airport down in San Diego. We don't need to have it in our backyard.

Property values are already reduced. The ugly, denuded airport slopes used to have wildflowers, but now are scraped bare - waiting for erosion in the winter rains. When I spoke to airport officials about this, they did not respond. Helicopters are the worst noise offenders, but many light planes also do not control their prop pitch so as to reduce noise. Should we sell our house before the airport becomes larger and noisier?

It's big enough.
