There is already an abandoned gas station a block down from the proposed site. Redevelop that site before putting another gas station in a town that is already full of gas stations, smoke shops, and liquor stores.

2 stations have already failed a block from the new proposed site and the previous ones land is now ruined for any good future business

I understand tax dollars and development, but that area couldn't support gas stations in the past and you already have Caseys there. No more gas stations.

Take care of empty run down existing malls and empty corners on 213th st and Sheffield. Its an embarrassment!

Isn’t there any empty lot of a former gas station near this location? Time to clean up the area for the sake of the other businesses... not add another drive thru type of business like a gas station.
