Calmness and Serenity!
I want to continue driving down the beautiful roads of Frederick Co. without feeling like I’m in a big city!
Also don’t want the soil depleted of amazing nutrients!
Please no data centers here!!!

We lived in Loudoun County for 23 years and watched the explosion of data centers around Ashburn and Sterling. Believe me: you do not want these things in Frederick County.

STOP building in Frederick County. We do NOT want to end up like Fairfax. People around here cannot afford it.

This data center will harm the small town rural charm of our area and I strongly oppose its construction. I implore our elected officials to heed the will of the citizens they represent and not allow this project to proceed.

This is NOT the type of development we should encourge in this area. There Are already enough industrial developments and NO real signs of infastructure improvements

Shame on the county if it’s seriously considering this preposterous proposal in the historic Shenandoah Valley. This area is designated as RURAL…did the county deceive us all?

65-85 constant decibel levels, heavy power usage, heavy water usage in an area just coming out of a 2+year drought. Destruction of natural areas/farmland and negative impact on small, family/independent businesses. This is not a thoughtful usage of this land, data centers do not make good neighbors.

There are many other areas suitable for a massive data center campus that wont disrupt the lives of hundreds of residents like this project. Just because this is an "easy" location for them doesn't mean its the best option. If they want to build in Frederick County, make them do it without negatively impacting the entire town of Stephens City which is already overgrown.

The light pollution alone will significantly alter this area and beyond. Not to mention noise, water usage, and disrupting wildlife and the environment. I imagine most people in that area have their own wells for water. Please don’t re-zone from rural. We are losing too much of our rural land. And this will just set a precedent for surrounding counties. It will affect more than just the nearby neighbors. And counties historically don’t end up getting as much tax revenue as promised.

In no way, shape, or form am I ok with a data center in our little town. There is no conceivable way that this wouldn’t negatively impact our environment and community. The reason we all live here is to be far away from the industrial northern Virginia environment. Losing 650 acres of farmland feels criminal. I oppose this development with every fiber of my being and the fact that this is being debated is mind blowing.

I hope the residents of Frederick County voices are heard and the data center is denied
