Enough of the farms have been taken up by new housing. Why keep taking it?

These things are hideous and devour far FAR too many resources. If they want to build it badly enough then they should pay higher rates for public utilities and land usage/tax rates.

Agricultural zoning needs to stay! Land owners have options in ways of conservation easements, land trusts and partnerships with agricultural schools to continue working and preserving the land as well as receiving financial compensation. Landowners looking to sell need to know there are many buyers out there looking to farm and homestead.

Data centers rarely bring the tax revenue and benefits promised over the long run. Stop subsidizing big corporations at the expense of constituents.

I’ve grown up here my entire life and this will further ruin our country. There is far too much growth out pacing the infrastructure. Take care of our own people instead of pushing them out !!

While projects like this are worthy to consider, this is NOT something to rush into at all. I would like to see much more time and consideration go into making sure that we make the best decisions for our locality, and rushing this approval does not seem like the right thing at all to me.

This is disgusting, the solar farms were already crossing the line.
