Being a medic we had hope that Dr. Ziro would turnaround the filth state of health care in kilifi county but alas, he decided to go to bed with the executive. At a time when kilfians needed him most, the healthcare system in kilifi county is in dire need, shortage of nurses and other health workforce, no medicine in our hospitals, patients are being given prescriptions to buy drugs and gloves in local pharmacies.
