Beautiful old buildings like this are a non-renewable resource. To lose them is to diminish our history as well as our aesthetic. And let's not send a message to future generations that says new construction is valued more than old construction.

This home is spectacular and was immaculately restored. We in San Marino must ensure that it, and other significant homes, are protected.

We must protect our historic and architecturally significant homes in San Marino to preserve the integrity of our community. Marian Rogers restored this home beautifully and it is ridiculous for anyone to think of demolishing it.

San Marino should join South Pasadena and Pasadena in protecting their historical assets.

Please keep our very unique and beautiful town of San Marino the way it was meant to be - historic and "a bit above"

Please don't cheapen the look of the homes in our city by allowing complete tear downs.
