The administration is trying to alter the workload of the full-time instructors at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in a way that would negatively affect the quality of teaching at the College. This would have serious consequences for the students of Cincinnati State. The faculty are striking to save the individualized attention, challenging coursework, and high-quality teaching that make Cincinnati State a great community college. Faculty believe it is essential to maintain the current level of personal attention and support for Cincinnati State students--now, and after the change to semesters in Fall 2012--but this would be impossible under the administration's demands. Stand up for the faculty and tell the Board of Trustees that the students of Cincinnati State deserve the best education possible.
