Our community deserves better than to have commercial areas devalue our residences and the planned development vision created 40 years ago. There are many opportunities and frontage NOT being utilized outside our community. This would ruin Cimarron Country Club and negatively impact the value of real estate. Jeers to those intent on trying to harm over 600 homes without being honest and forthright with the community and Country Club members.
