The southern part of Cimarron is in a low lying area and prone to flooding should the drainage be overwhelmed with new development. I STRONGLY OPPOSE ANY NEW DEVELOPMENT.

We are not in agreement with the rezoning of the Cimarron because we believe that it will devalue our property.
