In a time when many are struggling to pay their bills and survive this pandemic, this tiny home is not only a safe way for Chuck Walker to earn the extra income he needs to survive in this trying time, but also so long as he limits his rental of the tiny home to a max of 3 persons at a time, under strict rental policies, I think he should he allowed to use it as a secondary source of income.

Council should be supporting individuals who get creative with solutions due to jobs lost during COVID!! Building a tiny home for housing and income should be encouraged!!
