Most are completely self sufficient, eco friendly and easily transportable. All tiny homes should be allowed to "park" on any private property with owners permission. These homes are an asset to any community and it is a great way to own your own home in stressful financial times like many are experiencing now. The biggest increase in homelessness has been in woman over 45 who are left with little after divorce or other difficult circumstances and being able to own your own tiny home is a shining light that someone, myself included may still own a home with a similar standard of living on a smaller more economical scale.

People working for their own self should not be prevented from entrepreneurship. Am appalled the government is keeping a person away from personal resiliency during a hardship in their life using skills they have acquired in life. You, the government of his jurisdiction and state should be ashamed of not splitting a Zone of 1 acre per home for any size dwelling. Not withstanding safe construction methods are used in performance of workmanship. Everyone needs to be able to provide for their own provision in Life.

I think this tiny house is a great idea. I have been following this project on Facebook and I am very upset that this family may end up homeless and I’ve never met them. We are all going through difficult times and a little compassion goes a long way. I would welcome it on my street.

Tiny homes are here to stay and a fantastic way for people to afford a home and live sustainabley.
For too long people in councils have let red tape get in the way.
I believe new standard and regulations need to be drafted for these homes. Get with the program people.
