Tiny houses are the future of this great nation, the only solution to the ever impending housing crisis. We must vehemently stand up for the right of our citizens to build their own home to live and to rent - and I will forever protest any tyranny that denies this most basic freedom of property ownership.

I think it is a great solution to an ongoing problem. Lack of affordable housing. Especially if his intention is to help a family member.

I believe that municipal restrictions when it comes to tiny homes are completely unconstitutional. The price of homes is so unreachable for so many.

This is something the Township of Tay should be supporting. What a great way to provide affordable housing. If it contravenes the by-law then perhaps the by-law should be amended.

I fully support the endeavour of the tiny house's creator. As I posted earlier, I figured that there would be a problem with the by-law. In fact, I oppose any regulations that would restrict a citizen's freedom to do whatever, he/she pleases, within reason, with the property that he/she owns. Chuck Walker...your creation deserves praise, not criticism.
