As long as he is not breaking any bylaw this should be allowed . It is just t he same as having a trailer on the property which is allowed

We need to be able to have tiny homes in tay township, especially since rent is too high and housing isn’t in everyone’s budget! This would be great for my senior mother on my property so she’s close to me while still keeping independence.

Explain to me how there is harm to this? How about enforcing other bylaws that go without support which potentially cause harm or discontent to our neighbourhoods and citizens.

People need places to live this is an amazing idea to the housing problem. I know because by the en d of this month I will be homeless. Not a good feeling when your pushing 70.
