Tell Chrysler to please stand behind their Jeep products for rural mail carriers
If you have purchased a Chrysler/Jeep product for use on your route and you have had numerous problems with it, please join us in our petition to Chrysler/Jeep to stand behind the products we have purchased from them.
There are many carriers that have unresolved problems that the dealerships will not fix, and Chrysler does not want to back the product because we use them on our routes.
There are also a lot of carriers that have experienced the same problems across the country. We want Chrysler to acknowledge the problems we are all having as a group, and come to a resolution with those carriers that have unresolved problems with their Jeep products.
I know many carriers have written letters and personally talked to the company without any resolution on the problems they are having.

When we have all of the information gathered, we will send all of the signatures and information to the Chrysler Home office along with a copy to the NRLCA so they will also know the problems we are having with these products, which hopefully might prompt them to start working on getting other Right Hand Drive vehicles available for our use.
We spend good money to have reliable, safe vehicles on our routes, and Chrysler/Jeep should be willing to stand behind the products they sell.
